how to block a ball when your opponent has always a heavy spin in the top spin.. thanks

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.

still one question.. how can you do a spinblock in a heavy topspin with the forehand.. Should your racket be totally closed as in a topspin or a little bit more opened or closed?? thnks

YOu can close your bat over because of the topspin on the ball already.

when should we contact the ball ? at rise , top of rise or while falling ?

Ideally at the top of the bounce but this may vary depending on your position.
