my head tilt towards the side spin while returning, this make me loose my sense of orientation if the rally continues.

is there any correlation?

your videos regarding push don't mention about head position!!

Hi Anup,

It is good to keep your head still.  This helps with your ability to watch the ball carefully and also read the direction of the ball.  It also helps with your orientation as you mentioned.

Forehand Counterhit

The forehand counterhit or forehand drive is the foundation for more attacking strokes such as the forehand topspin or forehand loop. There are 3 critical factors:

  1. Your feet position
  2. Your start position
  3. Your finish position

If you concentrate on these 3 factors then your stroke will become extremely consistent. Once you can reliably hit 100 balls in a row then you are ready for more attacking strokes. If you can hit 1,000 balls on in a row then you know you've truly mastered the stroke.

I often turn my head to the right while making a forehand push, because I have problem with seeing how high the ball is.
If I keep my head still,I often swing my bat above the ball or too far under, thus missing it.
Is it a flaw?
If yes,how to correct it?

You need to just watch the ball more DK.

OK...this will be difficult,I would need to get the ball at my eyes level, but I will do my best
