Serving
Hello Mr.Alois
I currently use a pre made Dunlop table tennis bat for my play it has quite a hard rubber and i do find my consistency of serving quite odd.
Could you please comment on this and could you also tell whether a hard or soft rubber is good for serving?
Thank you.
Hi Sachintha,
The hardness of the rubber is not that important as to how good your serve can be.
The more important factor is the quality of the rubber. The Dunlop bat won’t be able to generate a lot of spin. If that is what you are looking for, then it is time to upgrade to something better.
We would recommend the PingSkills Rook or the PingSkills Touch with Mark V as your next step.

Yasaka Mark V, Sriver, Ekripse, Friendship, PF4...... these are some good brands of rubbers
Pingskills Rook, Pingskills Touch, Stiga, Butterfly...look for "carbon laminated" blades.... its helps alot in the speed of your ball....:-)
