Hand and finger when serving fast pendulum

Hi Pingskills, i saw your video on how to serve fast and long. I just want to Know how to twist your hand while doing the serve. Could you do a video reponse if possible? Thanks!

Hi Ethan,

The grip is the modified shakehand grip.  Take the 3 fingers from around your handle and put them in a fist behind your handle.  This will allow you to use your wrist better for the serve.
