Hi so i have a big Problem against half Long Balls into my Backhand so i mean by this If a ball comes in short or half Long into my Backhand and Is Low  and also slow i do notice that i Lack Power in my Backhand and i generally dont know Here what to do. Because against opponents that really Block in slow into my Backhand and its half Long or short and also Low i just generate to less Power and my opponent Just continue to Block in slow half Long into my Backhand. So generally what should i do pivot IS also Not a Option do you know maybe how i could adjust my stroke and also maybe i can somehow work here with the Timing maybe Just playing in a short stroke in my Backhand with very early contact or maybe there are some ideas how i could use Spin Here because its very unclear for me how can i really produce Speed on These Kind of Balls If i can Not Play a full Loop or pivot to forehand ?

Hi Gabriel,

If playing fast is not an option then you need to think about the other variables you can introduce, Spin and Placement.

If you can utilise these variables you can still play an effective stroke.  Think about more or less spin and then also what is the best position to play the ball to.
