Grip when serving

Hi Jeff and Alois, I don't fully understand what grip is used when doing serves and what motion is used.

Hi Jonothan,

For the Pendulum serve you take the three fingers away from the handle and put them in a fist behind the handle.

We do show this in our lessons on Serving Secrets in the section on the Pendulum Serve.
