Training
Hello ,
i just started playing table tennis and i cant understand what we mean by "control". Can you please explain it to me with an example?
Thank you
Hi Nick,
Control is the ability to put the ball where you want to. If we are playing a forehand it is about being able to put the ball on the table many times in a row. The best way to improve control is to try and get as many shots on the table in a row as you can.
Congratulations on reaching the end of our training 101 series. You've covered a lot of ground and are now ready to join a club or take on our 52 week training plan.
