Is penhold a better grip or shakehand, i like penhold more

Hi Lakshya,

They both have their advantages.  Players with both grips have reached high levels in the game so both are usable.

The shakehand grip is easier for the backhand but the penhold tends to be easier for forehand and generating spin.

If you are comfortable with the penhold grip then stay with it.
