HI COACH!

After buying my new bat,It is realy hard for me to play a stroke even I lose every match with the begineers who didn't know how to handle the bat.for practising, there is no partner for me . so i practised alone but is is enough for me?The situation is become bad to worse. and after a month my tounaments will be started?

can you tell me any warm up or practice so that I can easily reach in my level and can easily play stroke with my new bat ?and how minimum hours I have to practise?

Hi Haris,

You need to do a lot of consistent hitting with it. Try to do 200 shots on the table in a row.  You should do this for 30 minutes each time you play in the next 2 weeks.  If you do this you will start to get the feel for the speed of the bat.  It does take a while sometimes to adjust.
