hi coach

what is the best way to defense block or chop

and i am a penhold player and have a problem with the backhand side and the footwork

i don't have a coach to ask so i don't know what to do ??

Hi,

Take a look through our lessons on the Backhand Block and the Backhand Chop for information on these shots.

To play against them, it is best to use the topspin.  Against block you can use the Forehand Topspin Against Block and against chop you can use the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin.
