Hi Aazan,

It is important to warm up all parts of your body.  Table Tennis uses your whole body.  You can take a look at our Training Secrets Revealed DVD for ideas of warm ups that you can do.

The exercises are general warm up exercises.  Think about the movements that you would perform a lot in your training or during your match.  For example, sideways movement and arm swings to warm up those muscles in particular.  If you can get the Training Secrets Revealed DVD you will be shown all of this.

#33 - Defending with the Block

One thing you can be sure of is that every top player will be able to keep the ball on the table with a solid block when under pressure. It seems that this is a pre-requisite to becoming a good player. That's why in this training session we focus on improving your block. If you can absorb your opponent's attack you will be in a good position to win a match against them.
