Strokes
hi,
i am using spectrol short pips for my backhand and it is good for my backhand..
but when i try to use it on my forehand for any shots i am not getting the result..
is there any specific way i can improve my forehand play in short pimples, because the i want the same aggressive shots of the backhand also in forehand..
Thanks,
Revanth
Hi Revanth,
Think about getting the stroke more forward and having a flatter contact on the ball. Also make sure you are hitting the ball at the top of its bounce.

The banana flick has become one of the most important returns in table tennis. It allows you to attack almost any short ball and places your opponent under immediate pressure. Still it is a difficult stroke that takes a lot of practice to master.
