How to play forehand shot with lot of speed and spin involve in it i tried hard but not getting it hope u guys come with some nice tips.

Hi NagaHarish,

The key is to make sure that you have your technique correct. Then you just need to speed the stroke up.  So get from the start to the finish of the stroke a little quicker.  You can also go slightly more forward to get as little more speed.

You have to make sure you are getting a brushing contact to maintain the spin on the ball.

I have done in the same way as u said coach but the ball is missing the table narrowly.Can u help me with ur tips for getting on the table

Slow the ball down again and make sure your technique is solid.  Then slowly start to speed it up.  Keep going back and forwards between slow and fast.  Eventually you will get it right.
