How to play a forehand topspin / smash stroke when the ball is short.

Hi Vijay,

This is not a good choice of stroke.  If the ball is short then it is best to push or make a flick stroke.

The topspin is best attempted when the ball is long to allow yourself enough space to swing properly at the ball.

Backhand Flick

The backhand flick allows you to attack a short ball. Learn this stroke to make it more difficult for your opponent to stop you attacking.
