hello Alois and Jeff

My question for you is: is it more important to watch the action of the serve or how the ball curves while in flight. I like to watch the action but sometimes they add a very fast after movement which puts me off and I make a mistake.

Also what do you think of Jun Mizutani's loss to Tomokazu Harimoto? It was a huge surprise to me to see a 13 year old play at such a high level

thank you very much

Hi Bryan,

The important thing is to watch the ball.  Then the flash movements with the racket become irrelevant, which they are.

I was hugely impressed with Harimoto.  It would also have been difficult for Mizutani to face the youngster in this match.  Harimoto plays with no fear.
