hi pingskills i want to ask a question about forehand topspin

is the elbow joint stay in the swing at 90 degree angle or what ?

Hi Mohamed,

I like the elbow join to do some work as well.  Some players, like Jeff use more of the shoulder to generate the speed but if you can also use your elbow you will have greater potential to generate more speed and then more spin.
