Strokes
Hello sir, im having trouble learning forehand topspin as the timing is not really correct and the ball either get off the table with a correct hit or get the edge of the rubber or bat and bounce out, what can i do to master this stroke easily? Ty
Hi Xain,
The main thing is to get the contact correct. Flatten out the contact initially. Then focus on making sure you are starting and finishing in the correct position. If you follow these steps and practice you will get a good stroke.
I have answered your other 4 questions via email.
When playing against a chopper, it is important to use the drop shot to break up your opponents rhythym. By forcing them to come close to the table, your next offensive storke will be more effective.
