My understanding is
(1) keep weight on your toes instead of heels for quick sideways movement
Is that correct?
Should i keep my back bent during the game , won't it put stress?
Should i bend my knees too while receiving serve?

Take a look at our tutorial on the Basic Stance. This is the position that you want to adopt when playing and also when receiving serve.
Sometimes your opponent gets the ball right into that awkward middle position. How should you deal with it?
