Strokes
With back I am able to generate "8" like swing with bat that helps me generate heavy topspin and smaller loops. However my loops are bigger and less spinny which goes out of table alot. Is there an exercise or technique with which I can generate similar effect with forehand.
Hi Paresh,
Take a look at the tutorial on the Advanced Forehand Topspin which will show you how to utilise your wrist to generate more speed and spin.
Most players are told to always return to the ready position after every stroke but that might be hurting your game. In this video, we reveal a smarter way to recover:
✔ Track the ball immediately after your shot
✔ Move your racket into position for the next shot instead of blindly resetting
✔ Improve your timing, balance, and flow during rallies
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced player, understanding this subtle change can have a big impact on your consistency and speed around the table.
