Hi coaches, thank for the input you gave me throughout this year. Thanks!

Can i ask you in a rally how do you be better at getting backhand to forehand blocks, loops quickly. Because in my tournament today, there is this player that has good reaction and often able to block and counterloop my loops even though i do change the placement all the time.  What do i do to be somewhat like him.

Thanks

Hi Mat,

This ability is improved by playing against faster players more.  This tends to improve your reflexes and ability to react to the faster ball.  This also comes with the more you play and becoming more comfortable and relaxed with the pace of the ball.
