Can we do a smash in every ball & how?

Hi Ayush,

I think it is best to play a smash only when the ball is around shoulder height or higher.  If the ball is lower than that you are going to make a risky stroke if you try to smash it.  You are better to make a topspin on those types of balls.

Yes and with a topspin you can hit the ball very hard even if it is quite low since the topspin causes the ball to dip down. Take a look at our video Forehand Topspin Against Block to see what I'm talking about.
