For the ball that is high but its near the net what can I do for that to do a smash?

Hi Parsa,
You can smash that ball directly down onto the table as you have a good direct line to the table from there.

Slow to Fast Progression
It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
