forehand punch

is there such a thing as a forhand punch(similar to a backhand punch). if so how is it done for a short and longer balls? thank you.

Hi Alex,

Players don't tend to use a forehand punch too much.  You can do it but the more common stroke used would be to counter topspin or block the ball.
