Forehand slow backhand fast

My forehand is not quick, but backhand is more quick than it.  What should i do for that?

Hi Sanjaya,

To improve the speed of your forehand you can start to use more of your body but still maintain your balance.  You can also incorporate a bit of wrist into the stroke.  We do have a lesson on the Advanced Forehand Topspin that will help our Premium members.
