Hi Alois,

I am scared of doing a forehand loop over the table because of accidentally scraping my rubber,

Could you teach me how to execute a forehand loop over the table?

Thanks,

Ben

Hi Ben,

The key here is to track the ball as it is coming off the table and then play your stroke accordingly.  Try to make your stroke more horizontal and have a lot of racket speed to generate enough speed to grip the ball and carry it forward.

Being worried about hitting your bat is something that a lot of players face until you get the feel for the length of these balls.
