Hi coaches

I know that, in order to add deception element and disguising the type of spin , we use the double motion pendulum serve . It is easy to snap forehand and wrist toward body at contact to produce maximum racket acceleration , however , in the next step, it is difficult to snap wrist away from body to disguise point of contact at the follow through phase . could you please help in that and can you provide a video with premium lessons

Hi Mohsen,

You need to keep your wrist relaxed so that it snaps back naturally.  The motion comes form the wrist and the forearm only, not the upper arm.  If you think about it like flicking a towel, you use a similar action.

We will look at doing a Premium lesson on it.
