Hi,

With the forehand counterhit, should the wrist drop down more when playing the shot?

Hi Julian,

Try to keep the wrist in a natural position.  So if you take your bat out of your hand have a look at what your wrist looks like.  Then put your bat back in your hand and that is where the wrist should be.
