I can't hit my forehand chop, but my backhand chop is somehow better. How do I make my forehand chop low, able to hit far, and consistent?

Hi Hoang-Nam,

To get the ball lower focus on a more vertical stroke.  As silly at it may sound, also just focus on hitting the ball lower over the net.  You will be surprised how having this in mind will naturally alter your stroke.

We have a lesson on the Forehand Chop for you.
