Hi Pingskills

Whenever i play forehand topspin,my shoulder move more than my wrist and my forearm.  Please help me.

Hi Shashank,

Slow the stroke down and make sure you are getting your arm and body to work in coordination.  Focus on the arm action first and then you can add the body into the shot as well.  You don't need to use your shoulder much in the forehand topspin.  Keep it still and focus on the movement in your arm.
