How do i be consistent with my forehand strokes?I have a very big problem with my forehand topspin? i have seen so many videos on it tips still i cant do it,please help

Hi Swaraj,

One good thing to do is video yourself doing he stroke.  I find this really helps players to see what they are doing.  Often what you are doing and what you feel you are doing are really different.

Out of all the points to remember the finish position is the most crucial of them all.  Make sure that finish looks the same as Jeff's in the Forehand Topspin Against Block lesson.
