Hi Alois, thanks for membership sir i already send my picture few month ago. I am 56plus now. Want to start table tennis tranning center for kids. I need to help you best videos for kids and for players who already playing table tennis but don't know the basic of table tennis.

Hi Shakeel,

I think the best place to start is the Strokes and Techniques section of the site. If you guide them through these types of strokes they will start to develop their basics well.

For serves guide them through the Introduction to Serving section.

Initially when you are learning a new serve you can just get a bucket of balls and serve over and over again. But at some stage you need to practice your serve exactly as you would play in a match. In this session we focus on this. It's important that you try to make this practice as close to a real match as you can so that when you are in the real thing, you feel comfortable.
