HELLO PINGSKILLS!!!

im always forgetting about the footwork when i play table tennis pls answer THANKS!!

Hi Kim,

It is difficult to think of two things that is why when you are focusing on playing a match it is difficult to focus on things like your footwork.

That is why we spend so much time training.  You need to get things like your footwork to be automatic.  This takes time on the table.
