Sir,
My body is not flexible, so i move around like a robot while playing the game,my arm movements are also kind of mechanical,so please tell me what should i do to make my body flexible?

There are two things here. One is to remain relaxed while you play. This will allow your body to move more freely. When we are tense the body muscles tighten up and aren't allowed to move in the way they would like to.
The second thing is to so some flexibility exercises during your general training time. Just some simple stretches will help you to be and feel more flexible.
Table tennis is a game of spin. In this training session you will develop your ability to get the ball to spin back towards yourself and then work on developing a tomahawk serve.
