When tell us to watch something from previous, such as session 6, how can if find it?

Hi Harold,
The main navigation is through the menus at the top of the site. We do have a Search function at the top of the Ask the Coach section that will search the whole site.
The main menu of the Tutorials is divided into several areas that will hopefully also make it easier for you to find things.

Thanks for your reply, but the reason I sent the question is that I spent a lot of time using the search function and looking through the tutorials of beginner and intermediate and was not able to find Session 6 or something that said session 6. I realize I am not the sharpest computer person but I can usually find my way around training lessons.

Hi Harold,
I think you are referring to the 52 week training plan. You can find all the sessions by clicking here. And here is session 6. Let me know if that helps you.

Thanks, I had no idea that it was in the picture of a book at the top of the page.
