hi alois how can i my loop more faster and spinnier ??because my loop goes so slow and it has less spin so its easier to smash??..

Hi Joe,

Try getting the stroke to go more forward than upwards.  This will get the ball moving faster.  You also can just get your stroke to move through faster.  This will make the ball go faster as well.

Turn your waist and shoulders into the loop more, instead of just using your arm, this will improve the speed and spin.

thanks and if u just stand till and dont move your body only your hand would it be good or no?
