I want to make my loop against chop faster can you help with a video

Hi Ali,

To do this firstly make sure you have your technique correct with the slower topspin.  Then you need to get the bat moving faster through this path.  You can do this by increasing the use of your wrist, legs and waist rotation slightly.  The action doesn't have to be greatly different, just start to use more parts of your body.
