Strokes
How to make a faster topspin attack against heavy backspin? Everytime i loop the ball, my opponet always smash the ball as my loop is quite slow.
Hi Khang,
Speed isn't always the answer. Sometimes using variation will win you the point. You need to think of variation of spin, speed and placement to win points.
If you do want the ball to travel faster, you need to first make sure you have good technique as we show you in the lesson on the Forehand Loop Off Backspin. Then get your stroke faster by getting from your start to your finish position faster.

The banana flick has become one of the most important returns in table tennis. It allows you to attack almost any short ball and places your opponent under immediate pressure. Still it is a difficult stroke that takes a lot of practice to master.
