2nd and 3rd ball attack

Hi coaches,

Your tips are good that why i ask u again and again.  i played my national my first ball attack was good but when 2nd and 3rd ball comes i was too from table.  all players said me if u play close to the table i can play more better. i know but i can't do. whats err in my 2nd and 3rd ball attack and what kind of practice i do.

Hi Loee,

I find that this falling further from the table sometimes is because players are unbalanced for their shots.  If they are balanced they will be bale to stay at the table.

Some players feel more comfortable a little further back but if you go too far back you are giving your opponent too much time to see the ball and you will also have too much area to cover.

Try to stay balanced when you are playing your strokes.  See if this helps you.
