is there any exercise to do before you go for playing table tennis
Hi Swapneel,
Just a good warm up. Some jogging for a couple of minutes followed by some sideways movement. Get your heart rate up with these movements. Then you ca do some dynamic stretches rather than static stretches to get your body prepared to play.
This week we aim to build up your confidence when playing the all important third ball. Focus on making sure you can play your topspin on the table.
