Hi,

Can you please tell me an exercise or drill to make fluent my action of forehand topspin? And also of type of footwork by which I can more quickly from forehand side to backhand side and backhand side to forehand side.

Hi Abhinav,

The most important thing is to get eh swing correct. Then keep practicing it over and over.  With a lot of time, it will start to feel more natural, you will relax more and the stroke will become more fluent.  Time and practice are the keys.

For movement, this is the same.  Think about moving sideways with a jumping with both legs.  Take a look at our lesson on the Footwork Basics which will help.
