i want to know how i can make more effective my long push, to make easily for me block the fourth ball???

Hi Cristh,

Whenever you push the ball long, you have to be ready for your opponent to attack it. This is why it's important to work on your short game. if you can push the ball short, your opponent won't be able to make the big topspin.

When you do want to push long, there are a couple of things you can do to make it more difficult for your opponent. You can put more backspin on the ball. You do this by hitting the ball finer. You can also think about your placement. The 3 places that you can generally cause more problems are 1) Wide to the forehand, 2) wide to the backhand, and 3) to the crossover point. Also think about the depth, the deeper you can get the push the more effective it will be.
