Do you have drills to do with a basic but good robot? My robot can vary the speed and location.

Hi Ed,

There is a lot you can do if it is able to vary speed and location.

Start by getting it to change direction between your forehand and backhand. Then you can make it more randomised so that the ball can go to either side.

Start by utilising the robot for some set drills where you work on your technique. Then try to use it to give you more randomised balls.
