We have lots of lessons about this type of serve. It may look a bit different but it is just a Tomahawk serve.
In this point Ovtcahrov serves it long to Joo Se Hyuk's forehand because he wants to entice an open rally.

I think that Ovtcharov has not been using very much this serve in the last year, is it maybe for some sort of fault while he does it?
