Serving
Hi, coach. Here is my question. Can I serve different types of serve.
Examples:My backspin serve is high toss serve and reverse pendulum serve
Is it has different amount of spin? Is it better using one type of serve or more? Any suggestion for me, coach?
Thx!
Hi Elvin,
I think it is good to have 2 or 3 serves that you use most of the time. You don't need too many more than that. Then just work on getting these serves better.
