i am a penhold player i am very good at playing smashes  and finish the match quickly but i suck at defending and playing rallies so i only depend upon my attack to win the game can you say a good strategy to win games i usually win but can you give me some tips

Hi Rahul,

I would start to work on consistency.  You will find that you will get to a level where you will need to be able to keep the ball on the table a little.

Do some consistency drills like seeing how many forehands and backhands you can get in a row.

It is good to have a good base of strokes that you can depend on when you need to be able to get the ball on the table.
