Are there any defensive moves while using the Penhold Grip? It has been hard for me to defend against smashers or players who play fast.

Hi Bert,

It is difficult to play a chopping defence with the penhold grip but you can block well with it.

Stay close to the table and use a flat bat to block the ball back, especially on the backhand side.
