hi,alois ,i have experienced defeat many times because of topspin smash that is my main weakness i lose confidence how do i defend?

Hi Somshekar,

You need to focus on keeping the ball low and to you opponent's weaker side.  Once they have the opportunity to lay a strong ball it is often too late.
