hi masters wanted to know if i should put some spin in my warming up counter hit or just make my racket flat and and deliver it with no spin at all

To start with it is good to get the feel of the ball by just hitting it flat. As you get more proficient at the stroke you can start with the full counterhit.
It just depends on what level you are at. The stroke needs to be consistent. So you should be able to get 50 balls on without a mistake as whatever level of the stroke you are warming up with.
