How can i stay consistent?

Hi Christopher,

Work on your strokes and control of the ball to start with.  Having good technique will help you to keep the ball on the table more often.

You can then use our PingSkills Consistency Chart to help you to keep a track of your consistency.  Enter each time you try to work on your consistency and track your progress over time.
