Combo or allround paddle

Alois,
I am a modern defender. What do you advise for me to use a combo blade or all round blade? My rubbers are long pips ox and smooth 1.5mm.

Hi Rodrigo,
I would go for an all round blade and use a faster rubber on the forehand if you want to attack more with the forehand side.

Rodrigo,may I ask what exact rubbers do you have and if you have some exact blades you would consider?

Hi D K,
I'm using both Dr Neubauer Goliath Speed 1.5 mm and All Round Premium OX. My blade is also Dr Nuebauer Phenomenon (All).

Hmmm,this is quite..exotic bat for me :D
I would not choose 1.5 for modern defense but...who knows,I am not familiar with the rubber as Dr Neubauer is hardly accessible here.

What rubber are you currently using on the forehand?

Currently, I am using Mark V 1.5 mm.
You could go for a 2mm Mark V or something like Rakza 7 if you want something even faster. This depends on how much you want to attack.

I use Rakza7 as well and it performs well :)
